Product web-catalogue

The product web catalogue is a demonstration and discovery web page where all investment products are presented with comprehensive details and documents. Multiple types of search options and different kinds of view options are available.

Dedicated subscriptions and an IPO section are also available.

The website has a public version and serves as a login point for the restricted access user portal, which only company clients with active accounts can access.

Client Portal

The client portal is a web-based platform that allows clients to obtain additional information for the products, place buy and sell orders, and monitor the performance of their investments.

The client portal’s main features are:

  • My portfolio – Client Portal’s Dashboard provides a real-time and at-a-glance numeric and graphical representation of clients’ accounts’ key performance indicators.
  • Cash operations – One of the main functionalities offered in the Client Portal is the functionality enabling the client to make deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers between their accounts. Available payment methods: bank transfer, card payments/vPOS, Neteller, Revolut wallet, etc.
    • Orders – buy and sell orders placement and monitoring,
    • Statements – monthly summarization of all client activities.
    • User profile with document upload functionality
    • Messaging center – client notifications and information.

The Client portal is also available as a mobile application.

CRM with additional modules

The customer relationship management system supports two types of clients: Individual and Corporate entities. Client profile information and characteristics comply with the EU legislation and are differentiated by client type. Client details, news, and documents are stored in a dedicated client database.

The system also supports fund transfers, including internal – between client’s accounts and adjustments such as dividends, fees, and commissions.

Additional modules:

Order and execution management module – The orders Section is a dedicated module allowing operators to receive and manage client orders placed in the Client portal for buying and selling different instruments. Orders are visualized in the table with multiple filtering options. Each order is presented with detailed information and various statuses that can ensure other flows of client order handling—available functionality for operator order creation.

The product management module is a dedicated section for creating and managing product profiles with a detailed product type list and comprehensive product characteristics options. Product visualization on the Product web catalog and Client portal manageable by statuses. Product prices upload available for a single product as well as in bulk.

Client online self-enrollment

Fully automated and adjustable electronic step-by-step process of client profile definition with document upload capabilities. The process ensures convenience and efficiency and minimizes unnecessary contact. Client enrollment is an integrable module connected to CRM’s database. All data provided by the client enters the CRM database and can be further examined and verified by a CRM operator.
